Currently living in the East Mountains, I have also lived in Albuquerque and Sante Fe. Added to that I have also lived in Southern California, Washington State, Arizona but New Mexico has been my home since 2012.
As a child, I was diagnosed with dyslexia, so I was always drawn to anything that helped me use my creative side. I've found my happy place with nature, music, dance, and in the arts & crafts.
My strongest passion for art began at 18 when I immersed myself in pottery and ceramics. From there painting, sculpture, drawing, and architectural model making. I graduated with a degree from the Art Institute of Seattle in Industrial Design and Animation.
Currently, I love to make books, art journals, bullet journals watercolors and oil paintings. All of which I am looking forward to sharing with you!
I was the owner of Raven Art Center, here in Albuquerque, for over a year. I had an amazing time with all the instructors, a great source of inspiration! I travel and teach a variety of classes in different mediums, including Laughter Yoga (you, you read that right). I am also a Holistic Health Coach and Rapid Transformational Therapist.
I love to teach and am so excited to be part of the SW Craft Connection Tribe! I look forward to creating with each one of you soon.
