Get started with your very own - specific to you - creative organizational journal that incorporates techniques of the Bullet Journal method. Learn how to adapt the vast number of options to fit your personal needs and style. It is my hope that you will leave the class energized and feeling more organized and prepared to tackle your schedule, tasks and (most importantly) goals.
About journals:
Journals/planners are very personal. What I love to use may not be the ideal for you. In the class, we'll talk a bit about this. If you already have a journal/planner that you love, bring it. I use the Leuchtturm1917 (dot grid) in size A5. If you'd like to get one of these, I get mine at Barnes and Noble for about $20. However, you don't have to bring anything with you. I have included a simple dot grid journal in your class kit so you can try it out before deciding which tool will work best for you.
In this workshop, we will:
- - Review my favorite journaling supplies (many are included with your class kit)
- - Discuss the various things you can track in your journal
- - Explore daily, weekly, monthly, yearly spreads and how best to use them
- - Build trackers (habits, finance, exercise, mood, future) in your journal
- - Practice setting up page spreads with embellishments and doodles
The following supplies are included with your registration:
- - A good eraser (#1 best supply ever!)
- - Mechanical pencil
- - My favorite journaling pen
- - Micron archival ink pen
- - 3 colored markers (colors make everything better!)
- - 3 rolls of Washi Tape
- - 6-inch plastic ruler
- - Pretty mesh bag to keep it all together
- - Simple dot grid journal (60 pages)
