About the Event

Mita Saldana, owner of Against the Grain, will be the instructor for this class.

This is a fun book because of its sculptural quality and based on the accordion fold structure.

The concertina is the spine and each section of pages is then sewn into each fold.  This binding has the ability to stand and be viewed in the round or spread out horizontally.

It's a fairly easy binding technique that, because of the thickness of the spine, is also useful for scrapbooks and art journals that may have dimensional elements added to the page.

No previous experience required.

Most materials and tools will be provided

Students will need to bring PVA glue

All students will be emailed prior to the class

$95 per student

Class space is limited to provide an individual learning experience
